Stephanie is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. She takes an integrative approach to counseling, by using techniques that are grounded in CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based therapy. Stephanie will strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where a strong therapeutic alliance can form. She is optimistic and encouraging and will use research-supported methods to help you reach your goals. Stephanie is available to see children, teens, adults and couples for In-Person or Telehealth sessions.
In addition to counseling, Stephanie works at a local church leading worship music and helping people find care and connection. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and puppy Winston. She confesses to having a large collection of cookbooks, but mostly prefers to order takeout.
