Booking an Appointment

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

At Lakewood we utilize an online scheduling system. It allows you to see your therapists schedule online and book/cancel appointments at your convenience.

You can access your therapist’s schedule by going through our website and clicking the appropriate button next to your therapist’s picture on our team page. If you are registering as a new client, you will be prompted to create an account, fill out a biography and make an appointment. Please complete the biography prior to your first appointment as it saves us time in the first session.

INSURANCE/FEES

We are under a variety of insurance plans including SWHP, BCBS, Magellan, and Tricare. Our team is continually credentialing under new providers. Please contact our office if you are interested in seeing if we take your insurance.

Because we want counseling to be affordable, most of our therapist will work on a sliding payment scale for individuals that plan to pay cash. We also have intern counselors available for a reduced rate.
