About Jeff

Jeff Jolly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Jeff earned a Masters of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He received a bachelor’s in Psychology pre-counseling with a minor in Bible from Oklahoma Baptist University. 

 

Jeff has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He has experience working with anxiety, ADHD, attachment concerns, communication issues, infidelity, blended families, depression, grief, isolation, parenting concerns, Spirituality, stress and life transitions. 

 

As a Christian, Jeff’s passion is to provide gospel centered counseling to couple’s who feel “hopeless”. Jeff’s approach to counseling is to walk alongside those who are experiencing “brokenness” individually and relationally, while seeking beautiful things out of the hardships of life. In counseling, Jeff works collaboratively with clients as they seek changes leading to stability in renewed hope. 

 

Jeff incorporates the use of Emotional Focused Therapy, Symbolic Experiential, Structural therapy, Solution Focused and motivational Interviewing depending on the needs of the client. 

 

Outside of the office, Jeff and his wife are active in their local church and enjoy spending time with their boys. Jeff finds enjoyment in music, plants, reading and coffee.
